WINE CHARACTERISTICS
The Valdobbiadene DOCG Rive di Colbertaldo Extra Dry is produced primarily with Glera grapes, using the Charmat-Martinotti method. After manual harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed. The must ferments in stainless steel autoclaves at controlled temperature, preserving freshness and aromas. The refermentation also takes place in autoclaves, creating the characteristic perlage.
